Choosing a psychiatrist can be difficult. In

I believe that the most important element in psychiatric treatment is a good match between patient and psychiatrist. It is essential
to feel heard and understood, and to feel that you are part of a team working toward
the common goal of helping you to feel better and to function more effectively in your life.
